Our approach
What working with us looks like
Security works best when everyone knows the plan. Here is how a request becomes coverage, and how that coverage is looked after over time.
Your experience
Three steps before anything begins
You stay in control of the decision. Nothing is scheduled until coverage is agreed.
Step 1: Share your needs
Tell us about the property, what concerns you and the hours you have in mind. It takes a few minutes and there is no obligation.
Step 2: Review a tailored plan
We follow up with questions, then put together a proposal describing the coverage, schedule and responsibilities for your site.
Step 3: Agree on coverage
Once the plan fits, we confirm the details in writing together before any service begins.

Behind the service
How coverage is planned and managed
- Stage 1
Site assessment
We start by understanding the property: layout, entrances, lighting, routines and the concerns that prompted your request.
- Walkthrough or detailed conversation about the site
- Review of past incidents you are comfortable sharing
- Stage 2
Coverage planning
The assessment becomes a written plan: posts or patrol checkpoints, hours, duties and who to contact.
- Written post instructions
- Agreed schedule and duties
- Stage 3
Officer assignment
Officers are matched to the site based on the plan and briefed before their first shift.
- Site orientation before the first shift
- Consistent officers where scheduling allows
- Stage 4
Supervision
A supervisor checks that the plan is followed and that officers have what they need.
- Scheduled supervisor check-ins
- A clear point of escalation
- Stage 5
Incident reporting
When something happens, it is documented and the right people are told.
- Written incident reports
- Notification of designated contacts
- Stage 6
Ongoing reviews
Sites change. We revisit the plan with you and adjust coverage as needs evolve.
- Periodic review conversations
- Plan updates when your needs change
Start with a conversation
Share a few details and we’ll prepare a proposal for your site. A request is not a purchase and doesn’t commit you to anything.
